Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Anton Zhyrnyi Unipessoal Lda, Setúbal, Portugal ("I", "me"). To reach me about anything in this policy, use the contact form and mention "privacy" in your message.
2. What data I collect and why
Contact form
If you send a message, I receive your name, email address and the text of your message. I use them only to read and reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal or contract. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box in the form, and, where you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before.
When you use the form, your browser sends the message to a small script that runs on the edge network of Bunny.net (see section 4). The script checks the spam-protection challenge and passes your name, email address and message on to Brevo to be emailed to me. It does not store the message. Bunny.net may keep technical request logs, such as your IP address, for security and operation. The spam check (ALTCHA) is a small calculation done in your browser; it uses no cookies and sends nothing to other third parties.
I keep enquiries for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless we start working together, in which case I keep what is needed for the contract and for legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Website analytics
This site uses Simple Analytics, a privacy-friendly service based in the European Union, to count visits and see which pages are read. It collects aggregated statistics only. It does not use cookies, does not store identifiers in your browser, and does not track you across websites or build profiles. Because no personal data is used for tracking, no cookie banner is needed. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Fonts and scripts are served from this site itself, so your browser makes no requests to third-party font or script hosts. The only other address your browser contacts is the Bunny.net script behind the contact form, when the form is loaded and when you send a message.
4. Who receives your data
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers the emails generated by the contact form and my replies. It acts as a processor on my behalf under a data processing agreement. See Brevo's privacy policy.
- Simple Analytics (Simple Analytics B.V., Netherlands) processes anonymous visit statistics, as described above.
- Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) is the hosting and CDN provider. It serves the site and runs the script that receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to Brevo. It may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation. See Bunny.net's privacy policy.
I do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your data is processed within the European Economic Area where possible; where a provider transfers data outside it, this relies on safeguards required by GDPR, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form; I will answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or with the authority in your own country.
6. Complaints about services
Consumers in Portugal can also use the Livro de Reclamações (electronic complaints book).
7. Changes
I may update this policy, for example if I add a new tool. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
